We want every customer to have a smooth and satisfying experience.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of dietary supplements (liquid drops), we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.

Refunds are only provided under the specific conditions listed below.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with personal results (results vary for each individual)

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

  • Failure to read our Shipping Policy


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

To qualify, you must provide:

  • A clear video showing the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Your order number

  • Evidence submitted within 7 days of delivery

Without valid proof, we cannot approve a refund.


3. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, we will resend the correct item or offer a refund.

Required evidence:

  • Photo/video of the item received

  • Photo of the shipping label

  • Order number

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.


4. Lost or Missing Packages

A package is considered lost only when the carrier officially confirms it.

We do not refund orders marked as:

  • “Delivered”

  • “Attempted Delivery”

  • “Available for Pickup”

If your package was delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.

If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist you.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin processing and preparing shipments immediately.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


6. Returns (If Approved)

If a return is approved (rare exceptions only), the product must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned at the customer’s expense

Refunds are processed once the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection.


7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
